Abhi Bhi Single strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, including but not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming or attempting to groom a minor
• Soliciting or facilitating sexual activity involving minors
• Human trafficking involving minors
• Any content that depicts, promotes, encourages, or supports the abuse or exploitation of children

Any account involved in such activities will be permanently removed.

Users must not upload, share, send, or distribute any content that:

• Exploits or harms children.
• Contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Encourages or promotes child exploitation.
• Sexualises minors in any manner.
• Requests or shares illegal images or videos involving minors.
• Attempts to contact or groom minors for inappropriate purposes.

Such content is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

We encourage all users to report any content, profile, or behaviour that may involve child exploitation or child safety concerns.

Users can report:

• User profiles
• Messages
• Images
• Inappropriate behaviour
• Any suspected child safety violation

Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

If a violation of these Child Safety Standards is identified, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove the offending content.
• Suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Restrict access to platform features.
• Preserve relevant information where legally required.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or authorised government agencies where required by applicable law.

Abhi Bhi Single uses a combination of automated systems and human moderation to detect and address content or behaviour that may violate our Child Safety Standards.

We continuously improve our moderation processes to help maintain a safe environment for our community.

Abhi Bhi Single complies with applicable child protection laws and regulations.

Where legally required, we cooperate with law enforcement agencies and authorised authorities regarding investigations involving child safety and exploitation.

Every user is responsible for maintaining a respectful and lawful environment.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Follow all Community Guidelines.
• Refrain from sharing illegal or harmful content.

Failure to comply may result in permanent removal from the platform.

Abhi Bhi Single is intended only for adults aged 18 years and above. Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Creating an account while under the age of 18, misrepresenting one's age, or impersonating another individual is strictly prohibited. If we identify or receive credible reports of such violations, we may suspend or permanently remove the account.
